Escapement converts available agent capacity plus delegated authority into verified, delivered outcomes while reserving human attention for consequential choices. Always-on rules are injected via a SessionStart hook. Unversioned, so claude plugin update escapement@escapement tracks main automatically; scripts/plugin-update.sh forces a refresh and also preserves your model key and prunes duplicate hook registrations.
