Vibe Keystone
Write a repo's CLAUDE.md so it earns every line. Cuts what a session can derive from ls, the manifest, or --help; keeps the gotchas, rationale, and non-standard conventions it cannot. Protects persona, voice, and taste from the trim. Proposes nested keystones for multi-surface repos, warns before a shape change, and declines to write one at all when a repo has nothing non-obvious to say yet.
