Works standalone today; pair with the rolepod parent plugin (detected via the marker file <git-root/.rolepod/parent-active) and uiproof becomes the verify-phase UI provider — evidence routes to <git-root/.rolepod/evidence/ with manifest.json per Extension Protocol v1.
