# Codex Pilot

> Supervise Codex agents from Claude Code. Sends work to a thread, steers a turn already running, stops one, answers its approval and permission requests, and changes model, reasoning effort, plan mode or sandbox. Follows threads so you learn when a turn finished without polling. Works across several Codex Desktop installs, and falls back to resuming a thread detached when the app does not have it open.
