Lp Verification Before Completion
Enforces evidence-before-claims for all completion assertions. Requires running verification commands (test, typecheck, lint, build) and confirming output before claiming work is done, fixed, or passing. Prevents false completion claims, premature commits, and trust-breaking assertions without proof. Triggers on: claiming work is complete, about to commit, creating PRs, marking tasks done, expressing satisfaction about code changes.
