Audit either each scoped plugin's unreleased changelog claims or its latest shipped release from the previous reachable plugin-name--v tag, then verify that plugin READMEs, docs, CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md files, and root documentation tell the truth for the matching snapshot. Report meaningful contradictions with concrete proposed edits and wait for approval before changing files.
