Use this skill only in an empty folder to create a brand-new axhub template app. Strongly exclude existing/local-folder apps: never use for "기존 앱", "기존 Express 서버 앱", "이미 만든 앱", "작업 폴더는 /path", "이 폴더 axhub에 올려", "이 앱을 axhub에 올려", or any non-empty app source; use import instead. Also yield to scaffold whenever the user wants the repository under THEIR OWN account/org — "내 계정에 레포", "내 깃허브에", "우리/회사 조직(org)에 저장소" 처럼 저장소 소유를 지목하면 bootstrap 이 아니라 scaffold 예요 (bootstrap 은 axhub 이 저장소를 만들어 줘요).
