Do NOT trigger for: reviewing code (use code-gauntlet), explaining what REVIEW.md does in the abstract, or editing an already-complete REVIEW.md the user is satisfied with. This skill NEVER loads into the main code-gauntlet context — it is a standalone configuration wizard.
