Resolves the task, requires a registered delivery provider, drives the wf: build chain past its gates, opens the pull request, waits for the delivery checks to settle (never merging a red one), converges failing checks through a bounded CI-remediation loop, then finalizes the merge. Stops honestly with a stated reason when no delivery provider is registered or the checks do not converge within the loop's iteration bound — never a partial merge. Use to ship one ready task from nothing to a merged PR unattended. Reads local/config.md first; run /wf:init if it is absent.
