Відкриває зовнішнє джерело (домен) в allowlist цього репо і вирішує, чи його взагалі варто відкривати. Use when — недоступний сайт-першоджерело, curl віддає 000 або 403, /scaffold-rule зупинився на «джерело поза allowlist», або звучить «додай домен», «фаєрвол блокує», «не можу дотягнутись до сайту», add domain to allowlist, firewall blocks, site unreachable. Спрацьовуй і коли слово «домен» не прозвучало, і перед будь-якою ручною правкою init-firewall.sh.
