The author describes their idea in any form — a few sentences, a ramble, a vague feeling — and the wizard builds the entire project setup from the conversation. Determines genre, author voice, book premise, and target reader through dialogue. At the end, book.config.json and outline.md are ready and the author can start writing immediately.
