# Score Candidate

> Use when a user explicitly asks Pluto to score, grade, rate, or assess one or more explicitly identified candidates against their own company's Team DNA, a supplied job description, or both. Enriches each candidate's public LinkedIn profile through the async enrichment contract when the session does not already hold their profile facts, reads the stored Team DNA projection through getteamdna, and returns a 0-100 Team DNA alignment score per candidate — plus a separate 0-100 job-description match score when the user supplies a JD or explicit role requirements — with every credited match citing one explicit candidate fact and one returned signal or stated requirement, unknowns disclosed, the two scores never blended, and no score presented as a culture-fit judgment, protected-trait proxy, or hiring decision.
